CAR TYPE FILTER CARTRIDGES
Cartridge filters are characterised by the automatic cleaning system by means of periodic blasts of compressed air, which make it unnecessary to stop the extraction system or isolate chambers during the cleaning process.

JET TYPE BAG FILTER
Bag filters are characterised by the automatic cleaning system by means of periodic blasts of compressed air, which make it unnecessary to stop the extraction system or isolate chambers during the cleaning process.

MECHANICAL SHAKING BAG FILTER
These filters are characterised by the bag cleaning system by vibration. The bags are shaken with the extractor turned off and, depending on the application, the shaking may be manual or automatic.

Keeping the cartridges and bags in constant cleaning allows the maximum use of the filtering surface, which leads to higher filtration speeds and smaller filters.

SPECIAL FILTERS (ATEX)
Especially for environments with a risk of explosion, such as the shot blasting of aluminium parts. These filters are made of graphite and inserting them makes available all of the safety measures to prevent any risk for machine and operator.

For other types of filter (such as dry or wet filters), consult us.

Applications for this product:

Stone finish, Automotive industry, Construction Industry , Wind power Industry, Railway Industry , Foundry-Forging Industry, Shipyards, Shot peening, Heat treatment

OPERATION OF CAR/JET FILTERS
Dust-laden air enters the filter chambers through the dust collection hopper, where it hits the baffle plate, causing thick dust to fall, thus avoiding being filtered.
Air is distributed through the filter chambers, penetrating the interior of the JET cartridges and bags, where the dust is retained on the outer face. Clean air leaves the filter chamber reaching the outlet channel, where it leaves the filter.
The cartridges and bags are cleaned by means of periodic blasts of compressed air. The sequence and duration of the impulses is regulated with a programmable card in a control cabinet. The pause time between each injection of air is subject to the concentration of dust that exists in the air to be filtered.

OPERATION OF SM BAG FILTER
Dust-laden air enters the decantation chamber, hitting the baffle plate, causing thick dust to separate, with the dusty air being evenly distributed inside the chamber.
Fluid is introduced through the interior of the bags, becoming attached to the filtering bag and dust-free air moves to the filter chamber. Filtered air leaves the filter through the outflow ports of the extractor.
The dust on the bags is manually or automatically detached using an electric vibrator that causes vigorous shaking, falling into the decantation chamber of the filter. 7

Cleaning every row of CAR cartridges: The diaphragm valve opens and allows the passage of compressed air that is in the accumulator tank. The air compressed impacts inwardly on the cartridge, causing it to be swept.
The pressure that the cleaning air reaches inside the cartridge stops the flow of air to be filtered and makes the cartridge vibrate, causing the dust layer deposited on its outside to become detached. The detached dust largely falls into the hopper and the rest joins the dirty air and is filtered by the remaining cartridges that  are not in a cleaning cycle.

Cleaning every row of JET bags: The diaphragm valve opens and allows the passage of compressed air that is in the accumulator tank.
The compressed air strikes the Venturi injector, causing a quantity of outside air to get inside the bag, a much larger quantity than the compressed air itself. The pressure that the cleaning air reaches inside the bag stops the flow of air to be filtered and inflates the bag, causing the dust layer deposited on its outside to become detached. The detached dust largely falls into the hopper and the rest joins the dirty air and is filtered by the remaining bags that  are not in a cleaning cycle.
